
Keith Moody
Keith A. Moody, P.E., CFM is a Professional Civil Engineer and a Certified Floodplain Manager in the service of public and private clients in the design, development, and construction of water, sewer, street, drainage and civil site capital projects. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Keith has specific engineering and project management experience in the areas of hydrology, hydraulics, watershed master planning, stormwater management/water quality, erosion control, flood control, and water quality engineering. His services include the analysis and design of utility systems, watershed studies, stormwater systems, FEMA map revision process, bridges, low water crossings, storm sewers, drainage ditches, concrete slope paving, erosion protection, culverts, and stormwater facilities and pump stations. As a result of this work experience, Mr. Moody has master level experience in the application, testing, development and training of many stormwater modeling computer programs and is on the TCEQ’s list of Dam Engineers. A passionate pragmatist and problem-solver, Keith leads the Civil Forensic and Civil Stormwater practice areas within MEI.
